เครื่องวัดและบันทึกค่าเสียง รองรับช่วงการวัดตั้งแต่ 30 ถึง 130 dB แสดงผลแบบดิจิตอลผ่านหน้าจอ LCD มาพร้อมฟังก์ชั่น Peak Hold, Data Hold, Record Max./Min. สามารถตั้งค่าการปิดเครื่องได้ทั้งแบบ Auto และ Manual เพื่อประหยัดพลังงานเมื่อไม่มีการใช้งานตัวเครื่อง และรองรับการบันทึกข้อมูลแบบ Real-time ด้วย SD Card สูงสุดถึง 32GB สามารถถ่ายโอนข้อมูลลงคอมพิวเตอร์ผ่าน RS-232 และ USB PC interface เพื่อสะดวกในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่อไป
เหมาะสำหรับใช้ในการตรวจวัดเสียงที่เกิดขึ้นในชีวิตประจำวัน เช่น การวัดระดับเสียงในสถานบันเทิง, เสียงจากการสัญจร, เสียงเครื่องจักร, เสียงจากระบบการเผาไหม้ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือเสียงในสภาพแวดล้อมต่างๆ เป็นต้น

การดูผลการบันทึกข้อมูล ซึ่งสามารถดูผลได้ทั้งรูปแบบการบันทึกแบบ Auto และ Manual เป็นการบันทึกลงบน SD Card (รองรับ SD Card 1GB ถึง 32GB) แสดงผลการบันทึกข้อมูลเป็นรูปแบบ “EXCEL File” เพียงนำ SD Card ที่บันทึกผลไปเสียบยังคอมพิวเตอร์ หากคอมพิวเตอร์ไม่มีช่องเสียบสามารถใช้ SD card adapter ทดแทนได้ โดยสามารถเปิดดูข้อมูลผ่านโปรแกรม EXCEL ได้ทันที หากผู้ใช้งานต้องการทำกราฟวิเคราะห์ผล ก็สามารถทำได้ด้วยตนเองผ่านโปรแกรม EXCEL เช่นกัน

โปรแกรม Data Acquisition Software (SW-E816) เป็นซอฟต์แวร์เสริมสำหรับเครื่องมือวัดและบันทึกข้อมูลของแบรนด์ LUTRON ที่จะทำให้เครื่องมือวัดกับคอมพิวเตอร์สามารถทำงานร่วมกัน โดยรองรับการใช้งานร่วมกับคอมพิวเตอร์ระบบปฏิบัติการ WINDOWS
โดย Data Acquisition Software (SW-E816) จะมีฟังก์ชั่นของระบบบันทึกข้อมูล, การแสดงข้อความ, การแสดงกราฟ, การแสดงแผนภูมิ, การตั้งค่าขีดจำกัดสูง/ต่ำ ของเครื่องบันทึกข้อมูลเพื่อแจ้งเตือน, การค้นข้อมูล, รายงานข้อความ, รายงานแผนภูมิ. สามารถตั้งค่าให้ตัวเครื่องมือวัดบันทึกผลการวัดที่ได้นั้นลงคอมพิวเตอร์ได้เลย และในกรณีที่ตัวเครื่องมีหลาย Channel ตัว Software ยังช่วยให้ผู้ใช้งานการแสดงผลค่าการวัดได้พร้อมกันถึง 16 Channel ในเวลาเดียวกัน
หากผู้ใช้งานต้องการใช้ Data Acquisition Software (SW-E816) นอกจากตัว Software ที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องมีแล้วนั้น สิ่งที่จำเป็นต้องมีอีกอย่างคือสายเชื่อมต่อตัวเครื่องมือวัดเข้ากับตัวคอมพิวเตอร์ก็คือ สาย RS232 (UPCB-02), หรือ สาย USB PC interface (USB-01) เป็นอุปกรณ์แยกจำหน่ายไม่รวมมาในชุด
